Day-Before Setup Rules for The Hardy Building

Insurance Required – Your Certificate of Insurance must cover the setup date. All vendors setting up early must ensure their insurance reflects the correct dates.

No Fridge or Freezer Storage – Overnight use of the fridge or freezer is not permitted. All food & drink must be brought in on the event day.

No Alcohol On-Site – Alcohol cannot be stored or consumed during setup.

No Open Flames – Candles, lighters, or any open flames are not permitted during setup.

Designated Setup Areas Only – Setup is limited to your rental areas.

Trash Removal Required – Clients must remove all trash and packaging from setup materials before leaving. Please bring your own trash bags.

Supervision Required – The client or Day Of Coordinator must be present during the entire setup period.

No Overnight Security Provided – The Hardy Building does not take responsibility for items left overnight. Any items left are at the client’s own risk.

Maintain the Venue’s Cleanliness – The venue is thoroughly cleaned before your arrival. Please be mindful and keep the space tidy during setup.
