Vendors* working at The Hardy Building can easily obtain a one-day policy through providers like The Event Helper or Thimble.
Vendors who are family, friend or not an established business, will still be required to provide their information and have proof of insurance on file, this includes but is not limited to DJ, Photographers, Videographers, Hair Stylists, & Florists.
All vendors providing services on the property will need to submit insurance with the exception of non-compensated coordinators, officiants & makeup-only artists. Insurance is not required for drop-offs; however, if they’ll be onsite for an extended period, proof of insurance will be required.
*Excludes caterers and bartenders.
