The Hardy Building was built in 1914 by W. H. Hardy. W. H. Hardy and his son Elmer ran a successful hardware store named W. H. Hardy & Son Hardware selling hardware, farm equipment, stoves, etc. At one time, it was advertised as the largest hardware store this side of the Ohio River. It remained a hardware store until the early 1960s.
The newly renovated Hardy Building has 11,000+ sq ft of flexible space and offers the historic charm of original hardwood flooring, towering ceilings, exposed brick walls, and an atmosphere that blends timeless elegance with contemporary sophistication.

The Hardy Building consists of three Rooms with two getting ready suites.
